Role:
This position assists the Management staff in achieving store goals and is responsible for the results of the Dragon Vape store. This person must be energetic and enthusiastic, willing to engage customers with a sales minded attitude, and display pride in our stores through strong work ethics, organizational skills and cleanliness. You will be responsible for maintaining current customer relationships as well as building rapport with new customers, helping them to find solutions to their problems and directing them to suitable products that fits each individual need. This includes explaining the multiple options a fresh ex-smoker has to choose from to troubleshooting problems with returning customers, if necessary.

Major Duties:
⦁ Assist the efforts of the store and all associates at the location.
⦁ Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
⦁ Greet guests promptly.
⦁ Operate POS system efficient
⦁ Maintain responsibility for overall financial performance of individual store.
⦁ Maintain solid communication and feedback relationship with store management.
⦁ Hold complete knowledge of and strictly abide by the company’s approach and guidelines (i.e. educational materials/systems)
⦁ Ensure interior and exterior of store is kept to company standards
⦁ Seek to gain knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products. This includes product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
⦁ Maintain positive team environment between associates.
⦁ Assist in all store operational tasks (inventory, cash protection and loss prevention, overhead and supply costs, and any other tasks that might be required)
⦁ Protect sales associates and customers by providing a safe and clean environment.
⦁ Actively participate in the Grass Roots Marketing activities.
⦁ All other duties as assigned.
⦁ Maintain all pop marketing and planogram for retail store
⦁ Ensure you are up to date with all current product knowledge
⦁ Maintain store; Keep store at a presentable manner at all times

Qualifications:
⦁ High School diploma or GED equivalent
⦁ Must be over the age of 19 years of age.
⦁ Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Assets:
⦁ Be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
⦁ Display enthusiasm towards sales and customer service.
⦁ Strong attention to detail.
⦁ Constant interaction with staff and customers.

**Requirements**:
⦁ Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
⦁ Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

**Experience**:
⦁ Retail or Sales Experience a MUST
⦁ Vape Experience preferred but not necessary.

⦁ Providing best in class customer service and maintain professionalism

Dragon Vape Quarterly Meetings
⦁ Employees to attend (optional) outing with Dragon Vape senior leadership team to discuss strategies for following quarter and create action plans to be executed in the following quarter.
⦁ Brainstorming sessions will be conducted to build new strategies

**Salary**: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- vaping: 3 years (preferred)
