Position Overview:
As a Junior Coating Estimator, you will play a key role in project planning by accurately assessing coating requirements, estimating costs, and preparing detailed proposals. Your contributions will support efficient project execution and help maintain our high standards of quality and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications and blueprints to determine coating requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Monitor market trends and material pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout project planning and execution.
- Maintain and update estimating databases and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience as a Coating Estimator or in a similar role within the coatings industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to conduct site visits when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Assets: Technology or C.E.T. designation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
