Our Prep Team Members are passionate about process, precision and preparing seasonal food for our restaurants. Prep Team Members also work to ensure that all food and product is properly and safely stored, and our kitchens are spotless.
**Requirements**:
**PRIMARY DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Working independently or alongside other Team Members members to wash, peel, cut a wide variety of fresh produce
- Mastery of our ovens and grills to bake, roast and grill a variety of vegetables and quality proteins including chicken, fish and plant-based proteins
- Following detailed recipes to prepare an assortment of items such as salad dressings, soups and baked goods
- Neatly organizing + labeling all prepared items, produce, food + equipment in the kitchen
- Working alongside fellow Team Members during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner rushes to assemble and plate our dishes with consistency
- Receiving orders from our suppliers, and organizing while putting them away following FIFO techniques
- Multi-tasking + displaying heightened time management skills
- Upholding health + safety standards at all times
- Maintaining neat + tidy work stations and ensuring our kitchens are left in spotless condition
