The Modern Dog, the industry leader in the dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Proven work experience in sales**:
- **Highly motivated and target driven**:
- **Excellent communication skills; verbal and written**:
- **Excellent selling and negotiation skills**:
- **Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills**:
- **Relationship management skills and openness to feedback**
**THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN OUR DAYCARE**
**After training with us, you will be able to**:
- **Fully understand the daycare and boarding model**:
- **Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services**:
- **Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents**:
- **Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greets**:
- **Convert Meet and Greets to Pass or Enrolment sales**:
- **Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents during Meet and Greets**:
- **Manage communication** **with prospective leads**:
- **Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule**:
- **Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status report**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
