**Job Title**: Business Instructor - Thought Patterns & Job Search/Resume Writing

**Job Type**: Part-Time (On Campus)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Instructor to lead courses on _Thought Patterns for a Successful Career_ and _Job Search/Resume Writing_ for our students. This role requires combined delivery instruction with, in-person sessions once a month at each campus, with a minimum of 20 hours per month, contingent upon student enrollment (this may be reduced in RD/MH every other month). The instructor will help students develop the mindset, tools, and techniques needed for a successful career transition, job search, and resume development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive courses on _Thought Patterns_ and _Job Search/Resume Writing_, providing both theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Instruct students on how to develop positive mental habits and constructive thought processes to enhance career success.
- Guide students through job search strategies, resume writing, cover letter preparation, and interview techniques.
- Provide one-on-one support and constructive feedback on student resumes, cover letters, and job search plans.
- Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in job searching, resume writing, and career development.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that align with program goals.
- Track and report student progress, providing additional support where necessary to ensure student success.
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to enhance course offerings and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Career Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching or training, particularly in job search techniques, resume writing, and career development.
- Strong understanding of modern job search platforms, networking, and the current job market.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
