**Your Role and Responsibilities**
**_Responsibilities:_**
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures
- Complete new or ongoing projects (5S, Tool, etc.) & necessary audits (5S, LPA)
- Suggest corrective actions and/or Continuous Improvements
- Assist team members to achieve work goals and objectives
- General organizing/clean-up of shop floor, warehouse and outdoor grounds as required
- Assist with inventory control, general warehousing and shipping
- Travel between all Marwood related facilities and local suppliers (personal vehicle)
- General Facilities Maintenance: Painting Indoor & outdoor, repairs to walls/flooring/other related items, office & cafeteria setup and moves for furniture, installation and maintenance to facility guarding, shelving, etc., fabrication/construction as needed, install wireless camera/TV/other IT related items, support Contractors for HVAC units/facility electric & lighting/plant chiller systems, etc., roofing support for inspections, PM's & general repairs including skylights/solar farm support/PM inspections, Marwood Passenger vehicle maintenance program
- General Landscaping Duties and support: Parking lot inspection and maintenance support of asphalt and concrete repairs, general landscaping support not included in regular yearly contract, tree trimming, turf damage, side walk issues and pot holes, fence line repairs, sign support and installations, pest, rodent and insect support
- Warehousing: Assist with inventory control, general warehousing and shipping, provide storage organization and inventory for service coils, dies, tooling and parts, shipping support for warehousing, rigging & moving of out of service Marwood equipment
- Daily communication with Marwood team members and contractors
- Shipping of dies and large equipment (DZ License required)
- Backup Production Associate as required
- Maintain confidentiality
- All other relevant duties as directed by the Facilities and Production Service Manager

**_Key Requirements_**_: (or Must to Have)_**
- Grade 12, GED, or equivalent

**_Additional Technical and Professional Requirements_**_:_**
- Must have Forklift License or have ability to obtain Forklift License
- Must have Overhead Crane Certification or have ability to obtain
- Must have Aerial Lift Platform Certification or have ability to obtain
- Must have and maintain a G driver's license.
- Must acquire/maintain DZ license
- Computer efficiency and systems knowledge in all required areas
