Vancouver, Canada Access Community Therapists Ltd. Full time

Access is looking for a full time Referral Coordinator to support our remote healthcare team. The job is in-person, located in our administration office in South Vancouver. Our company offers community based Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Nursing Services. If you are a great communicator, organized and have strong computer skills then this may be the job for you. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30 and the position is available now. **Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assisting with referral intake and distribution
- Phone duties, faxing and scanning documents
- Assisting in the running of a small office (4-5 admin staff) with 50 remote contractors
- Assisting staff with report formatting, troubleshooting, and developing new documents and templates
- Using custom database to generate reports and manage data
- Communication with health care team members, assisting with booking Provincial travel
- Support for management group
- Creating and maintaining program spreadsheets, managing approvals and creating invoices for services provided to private paying clients
- Assisting with billing for program services
- Providing tech and administrative support for team meetings/presentations
- Ordering and ensuring maintenance of program equipment and supplies, internal library, and managing therapy and office equipment

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and comfort with the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat and patience to help others with these programs via a remote setup
- Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, staff, and external agencies
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to approach work with discretion, confidentiality, patience and tact
- Team player committed to supporting colleagues, able to work efficiently with little supervision, able to identify what needs to be done
- Previous knowledge and/or experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
