**Job Overview: Groundskeeping & Snow and Ice Maintenance**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform **snow and ice removal** for roads, driveways, and parking lots using equipment and hand tools.
- Conduct **routine groundskeeping** tasks during warmer months, such as lawn care, irrigation management, and general property upkeep.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events to ensure safe and clear pathways.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage and care after use.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a **reliable vehicle** to commute to the **landscape yard in North Burlington** (Guelph Line & Derry Road area).
- Ability to work **long hours in harsh winter conditions**, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with **groundskeeping** or **snow removal equipment** is an asset but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting and shoveling.
- Valid driver's license required.
- A clean criminal record is mandatory due to our work with high-end clientele, including private schools.
