As we head back into the world of live events after a lengthy intermission PATMAN Productions is currently seeking staff to help welcome patrons back to live events at various venues in Calgary and the surrounding area. This is one of the corner stones of our success as it has allowed us to develop the deeper level of understanding and respect that we need to continue to be successful. **Responsibilities** - Monitor event premises to ensure the safety and security of attendees. - Conduct regular patrols to detect any suspicious activity. - Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies. - Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. - Enforce venue rules and regulations to maintain a safe secure friendly environment for all to enjoy. - Document and report any incidents or unusual occurrences. - Assist in loss prevention strategies to protect property and assets. **Job Qualifications** - 18yrs of age or older - Physically fit (able to life 50lbs unassisted) - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Customer Service focus a must - Positive friendly attitude - ProTect and/or ProServe are a plus (this can be obtained after the interview process) - Alberta Security Guard License (Don't have it? Just ask us how and we can walk you through the process for getting licensed in Alberta.) **Nice to have but not mandatory** - Emergency or Standard First Aid - Verbal deescalation training such as Verbal Judo. - TPR (PPCT) training.
