**About the role**:
This is a temporary role open to post-secondary students.

Hours of work: 6am to 2:30pm or 11:00am to 7:30pm

**What will I do?**
- Assist management in CFC (Centralized File Cabinet) projects, which may include filing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned, such as data entry, document formatting, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and execution.
- Participate in project meetings and providing administrative support, such as preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.

**What qualifications do I need?**
- Grade 12 diploma
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
