**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Leadership**
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including production planning, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure all production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement operational improvements.

**Team Management**
- Lead, train, and motivate a cross-functional team including supervisors, production staff, and warehouse personnel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development.

**Manufacturing & Equipment Oversight**
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of thermoforming equipment and cleanroom protocols.
- Coordinate mold changes and ensure smooth production transitions for different SKUs.
- Work with the engineering/tooling team to support new product rollouts and custom mold projects.

**Strategic Planning & Reporting**
- Collaborate with ownership to execute strategic plans and meet business objectives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operations reports covering production output, efficiency, and downtime.
- Manage budget forecasts for operations, staffing, and raw materials.

**Inventory & Supply Chain**
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support the integration of manufacturing with cold storage and distribution workflows.

**Customer & Vendor Interaction**
- Support customer inquiries on lead times, custom tooling, and packaging specs.
- Work with sales and customer service to align production with client expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships related to equipment, materials, and services.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 **years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role** (plastics or packaging industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of **thermoforming processes**, cleanroom operations, and mold/tooling coordination.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving production efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in operations management software, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ISO/QA practices is a strong asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
