**Job Description**:
**Here’s how we work**:
Arcadis IBI Group’s dynamic Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing team.

**Most of the things you’ll work on**:

- Demonstrate ability to cold call and directly network inside companies, organizations, user groups to proactively develop a network of quality leadership resources
- Interview and review technical skills and evaluate non-technical skills through behavioural interviewing and conduct references as required according to company procedures
- Partner with assigned corporate hiring managers to determine current and future hiring needs
- Identify, acquire and maintain non-traditional sourcing strategies to acquire best possible talent
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position posting, sourcing, screening and recommending placement of staff, and offer letters
- Other duites as required

**Qualifications**:
**You'll need to have**:

- Post-Secondary University Degree or College Diploma; focus on relevant field of study such as (sales and marketing) Human Resources preferred
- 5 to 8 years of full cycle recruitment experience preferably in an agency plus some in-house corporate environment in **Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) is an asset**:

- Team player, experience working with HR colleagues and senior business leaders involved with a variety of HR initiatives
