Ielts Invigilator

ELC College is looking for test-day invigilators for our IELTS test-centre. When a test-taker registers to take the IELTS, it is usually because an important life-event hinges on it.

We want to build a team of invigilators who understand the high-stakes nature of the test and will work with us to offer our diverse group of IELTS test-takers a secure, fair, and pleasant testing experience.

On any test-day, an IELTS invigilator would work in a team to set-up the test materials, check-in test-takers and invigilate the test, and return test-materials in accordance to IELTS test procedures.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent workplace etiquette - reliable, punctual, and professional
- Accurately and tactfully follow test-day procedures
- Appreciate and be sensitive to cultural differences.
- Open to feedback and support from the Test-Day Supervisor Previous experience as an invigilator is an asset Basic

**Requirements**:
Eligible to work in Canada.

This position offers flexible working hours with shifts on Saturday mornings and afternoons, and on occasional weekdays during regular working hours.
