**The Opportunity**:
As a **CNC** **Supervisor** of the Manufacturing Division your mandate will be to offer exceptional customer service in the supervision of the CNC department of our shop.

This position will be directly overseeing 10 workers as well as providing a range of duties to ensure the smooth flow of projects within the shop including the following:

- involvement with hiring and firing
- training and development of staff
- purchasing materials/consumables
- meeting with suppliers
- meeting and working with clients on an ongoing basis
- overseeing workflow within the shop
- updating procedures as required

**Qualifications for CNC Supervisor**:

- Journeyperson Machinist - Red Seal
- Blue Seal certification

**Required Skills for CNC Supervisor**:

- Exceptional Communications (i.e. writing and speaking)
- Conflict management
- Project management
- Handling multiple priorities
- Time management
- Stress management

**Required Experience for CNC Supervisor**:

- 10+ years CNC experience with lathe and machine centers
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Master Cam Programming experience

- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
