- **Responsibilities**:

- Provide TMS training during onboarding and continuous support for all linehaul dispatchers.
- Prepare and complete order entries, manual entries and uploads as required.
- Provide training and support for carrier onboarding.
- Assist with order creation for on demand pickups. Confirm entries in TMS are accurate.
- Audit carrier invoices and reconcile unmatched invoices/rates with carriers.
- Support dispatchers in auditing and training to capture all information in TMS including piece and skid counts as well as linking of manifests to BOL’s.
- Support dispatchers in getting all POD’s and invoices in TMS within a week of shipment.
- Tracking and tracing of loads for on-time performance.
- Support load recovery by assisting with all contingency plans.
- Load postings / market research.
- Follow up with training for all non-compliant stations regarding TMS entries.
- Support Finance to ensure that invoices are accurate and timely so that payment can be processed in accordance with carrier agreements.
- Assigned projects.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of data in TMS System is accurate and timely.
- Continuous auditing of data provided by carriers to complete POD’s and invoicing.
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
- Supporting dispatchers in day-to-day operations.
- Partner and communicate with carriers to capture correct information.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
- Strong team player with the ability to coach and provide training for dispatchers.
- Working knowledge of logistics software and MS Office.
- Ideally can communicate in French and in English.
