**GENERAL FUNCTIONS**
As an Optical Sales Associate at A\V - ACUITÉ VISUELLE, you will be responsible for building personalized relationships with our clientele, ensuring that they receive top-notch service and expert advice. Your role will be essential in helping customers find the perfect eyewear that matches their style and vision needs, while maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence in both care and fashion.

In addition, you'll manage client appointments, handle in-store operations, and contribute to a pristine showroom environment.

**OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION**
- Be the FACE of A\V - ACUITÉ VISUELLE by warmly welcoming and assisting every client that walks through our doors.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the perfect eyewear and vision solutions, prioritizing eye exams and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Use sound judgment and strong communication skills to handle any customer interaction with professionalism and empathy.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions during team meetings and be an active participant in company growth.

**EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICE**
Your goal is to exceed customer expectations, ensuring every visit is a seamless and luxurious experience.

**SPECIAL COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time, keeping the customer experience as the top priority.
- Confidently use POS systems to handle payments and process orders accurately.

**SCHEDULE**
We offer a flexible schedule that includes day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend availability to accommodate work-life balance.

In person at A\V - ACUITÉ VISUELLE, Royalmount.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: $17.00-$25 per hour
