**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed, adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all areas of the home.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Punjabi is a plus.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderliness in all assigned areas.
- Ability to perform laundry duties effectively, including knowledge of fabric care.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
