We are seeking an organized and customer-focused **Salon & Spa Coordinator** to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the salon and spa. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, coordinating daily operations, and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Previous Salon Experience**: A must-have You should have prior experience working in a salon or spa environment, with a strong understanding of daily operations.
- **Exceptional Customer Service**: You are friendly, approachable, and have a knack for making clients feel welcome and valued.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, from booking appointments to maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
- **Attention to Detail**: You take pride in ensuring every task is completed thoroughly and correctly.
- **Team-Oriented**: You work well with others and are always ready to support the team to ensure a top-notch client experience.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with salon management software and general office tools (training will be provided).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and assist with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
- Manage client records and maintain accurate appointment schedules
- Ensure the salon and spa areas are organized and welcoming
- Assist with retail sales, recommending products to clients
- Coordinate daily operations, including staff schedules and room preparation
- Provide administrative support to the team and management as needed
