**About the role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. You will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers and assisting our existing members maximizing their experience with StretchLab. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to join a dynamic team.

You will co-manage the front desk with the front-of-house team, including General Manager and other Membership Sales Associates in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.

Primary responsibilities
- Present available services to prospective members - including closing sales
- Complete memberships sales and related membership management
- Greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Book and confirm stretches/appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members & referral partners
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, sporting, community and grassroots opportunities) to promote the studio
- Ensure studio cleanliness and tidiness is maintained

Your qualifications:

- Success with telephone sales and inquiry follow-up
- Ability to sell high-ticket memberships
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to learn and use the studio software
- Excellent communication skills - telephone, written & in person
- Thrive in a growth and performance culture with using metrics to set and exceed goals and objectives on an ongoing basis.

**Compensation**

We offer competitive compensation which includes commissions and bonuses (and free stretches)

Base hourly wage + commission & bonuses
