**Experienced Painter**

**Key Information**:

- ** Hours: Seasonal Work. Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday - Friday)**:

- ** Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
- Follow schematics or blueprints to determine the layout and design of painted surfaces.
- Use hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and brushes to prepare surfaces for painting.
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth and even surface.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus.
- You have a safety conscious attitude and able to work with others in a team.
- You are outgoing and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Proficient English language skills required.
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**

**Education**: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
