Proposal Writer

**Role Overview**:
As a Proposal Writer at Industra Construction, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of our company by developing impactful and competitive proposals for construction projects. Your deep understanding of the industry, combined with exceptional writing and editing skills, will help secure key contracts and contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, design, and customize persuasive proposals, ensuring full compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements.
- Write and edit content that blends technical details while showcasing our company’s strengths and capabilities.
- Revise and tailor previous proposals to align with new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather critical project information and define requirements.
- Develop strategic approaches for proposals to enhance our competitive edge.
- Ensure proposal content is clear, coherent, and formatted to meet client submission standards and deadlines.
- Conduct research to gather relevant technical data and supporting information.
- Analyze RFQs and RFPs to fully understand project goals and evaluation criteria.
- Manage proposal timelines, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Proposal Writer in the construction industry, with experience in design-build and construction management delivery preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the RFP/RFQ process.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology, methods, and industry practices.
- Familiarity with design-build and construction management delivery methods is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative flair for designing visually appealing graphics for proposal covers, tables, and illustrations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple proposals and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in proposal management software and desktop publishing tools.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
