**Duties**
- Support the Store Manager in leading, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cashier functions, and maintaining store standards.
- Provide direction to staff during shifts to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and customer needs are met.
- Help coordinate staff schedules and communicate daily priorities.
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new employees as needed.
- Support inventory-related tasks such as receiving, stocking, rotation, and conducting stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Use POS systems accurately for transactions, voids, returns, and reporting.
- Communicate operational concerns, staff issues, and customer feedback to store management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience required; supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of cashiering procedures and POS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide guidance to staff and support the manager with scheduling and task delegation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first attitude.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle issues independently when needed.
