Welcome to Flame & Barrel

We're seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our experienced team. As a full-service restaurant and bar, we pride ourselves on serving global cuisine inspired by local and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Job Summary:
We're looking for a server who will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a clean and safe environment, and work collaboratively with our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the restaurant for service, maintaining high sanitation and organization standards
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Answer questions, make recommendations, and handle complaints with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Promote teamwork, communicate effectively, and ensure guest needs are met
- Provide superior hospitality and drive knowledge and passion around our food and beverage offerings

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bartending and serving experience an asset
- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent people skills and communication abilities
- Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to cleanliness and safety

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have valid work authorization in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
