**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Promote and sell products effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to minimize wait times during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to sell products and promote technology sales effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
