**About the Role**

This is a flex hybrid work structure, where employees can work both remotely and on-site at our St. Thomas location.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Central digitalization team in identifying requirements, design, development, deployment and optimize of PLM and CAQ solutions.
- Take a lead role in planning and coordination of tasks during deployment stage with stakeholders
- Steer and collaborate with 3rd party suppliers working on relevant tasks and interfaces
- Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams (design engineers, operations, quality, process engineers, supply chain, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Bridge the global solution development with local business needs, ensuring seamless rollout and support of these solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, data privacy, and security standards during rollout and operations
- Oversee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data integrity and manufacturing control.
- Contribute to solution testing, qualification and validation phases
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to safeguard digital assets from threats.
- Share key insights and learnings within PowerCo, e.g. from initial acceptance and testing
- Develop and maintain documentation including system configurations, procedures, best practices, and changes.
- To some extent implement changes and troubleshooting after deployment
- Delivering training and technical support for our internal customer base.
- Assist in data migration, system integration, and upgrade projects.
- Monitor PLM and CAQ systems performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

**What you bring to the Team**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing environments; large-scale manufacturing experience preferred
- 3+ years hands-on experience of any PLM and/or CAQ platforms (support, development, architecture, or administration).
- Competence in Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.
- Strong understanding of PLM-related concepts: BOM, ECN, FMEA, Change Management, etc.
- Knowledge of quality management processes and tools such as Quality planning, SPC, NCR, compliance
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivery tools.
- Willingness to learn new systems and take ownership
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
- Ability to work in a team and in a results-oriented environment
- Project management skills are required
- Desire to take action and make decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and new technologies.
