**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding nail care options and aftercare.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss services with clients.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
