The Banquet Server is required to be familiar with both banquet setup and service. They will work with both the banquet porters and other banquet servers. They will ensure that room setup and service is done promptly in accordance with the Banquet Event Orders.

**WAGE- $16.68 - Plus Gratuity**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Prepare banquet rooms for meal service
- Serve food; buffet or plated Set up, serve and clear coffee stations
- Serve customers according to BMR standards and liquor laws
- Assist with general cleaning, organizing storage rooms, small wares inventory
- Responsible for assisting in decor setups for meals
- Setup bar per Banquet Event Order Maintain a clean bar, service area and bus bar items

**WHAT DO YOU NEED OF ME?**
- Previous serving/ bartending preferred
