**Purpose**:
To unpack, test, repair, clean and repackage electronic gaming consoles and accessories in the fastest, safest and most efficient manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Unpackage product
- Visually inspects product for obvious defects
- Testing product to ensure full functionality
- Replace defective or worn components
- Perform final test to ensure customer complaint is addressed and repaired as required
- Operate standard testing devices and handheld electric tools
- Performs manual packaging including making boxes, and inserting completed product into box and packers
- Follows safe work practices
- Keeps work area clean and tidy on an ongoing basis

**Physical & Working conditions**
- Stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 40 lbs

**Qualifications**
- Minimum high school diploma
- Excellent hand and finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge to do data entry (Internet, Excel, and Word knowledge is preferred)
- Manufacturing experience considered an asset
