**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Demonstrate and sell products while ensuring customers understand their features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures, including operating the cash register.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and quotations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
- Document and photograph work orders and repair jobs.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. French is not required but an asset.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks.
- Familiarity with technology is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
