**Role Description**
The position requires the person to be the Super User in Aegis for the Quality Department. Investigate customer complaints and develop appropriate corrective actions. Participate in NPI through the use of APQP. Assist in the development of PPAP documentation and coordinating PPAP runs at rates. Monitor and analyze production quality data and develop containment actions and RCCA for issues found on the floor.

**Role Expectations**
- Needs to be able to train and coach others in the use of Aegis and various Quality tools such as; SPC, RCCA, GR&R, MSA, Microscopes, Testers.
- Manage the Calibration program at the site ensuring all calibrated devices are calibrated prior to the Calibration due date and out of calibration conditions are properly analyzed.
- Manage the ESD Control program for the site, ensuring that ESD equipment is properly certified and the work instruction followed.
- Must be capable of developing reports on Key Process Indicators and access the required data from various databases.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics is required.
- Conduct Internal Audits as scheduled.
- Ensure that any calibrated equipment used is within the calibration period and notify the supervisor if calibration is due within two weeks.

**Education**
- Electronics Technician or Electronics Engineering
- Additional PCBA experience
- Certifications in IPC-610 an asset
- IPC TTT, ASQ-CQE, ISO/AS Internal Auditor
