IT Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Design, scope, implement, and enhance the systems and programs our teams use.
- Respond to requests from users intelligently and empathetically. Requests may include: WiFi, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, macOS, mobile devices, printing, equipment requests, endpoint protection, information security, and others.
- Manage hardware procurement, setup, and deployment.
- Confidently troubleshoot macOS issues.
- Manage hardware inventory.
- Manage software license and subscription allocations.
- Assist People Ops team with office and remote-office logistics as needed.
- Produce and edit documentation for the IT team as well as user-facing guides to assist staff in orientation and everyday tasks.
- Develop, evaluate, test and integrate new vendors and/or technologies.
- Analyze business problems and requirements to plan and implement solutions.
- Work in a small team reporting to the Head of IT.
- Opportunities to work with Engineers in a DevOps capacity.
