Home Warranty Claims Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate the claims process and bridging the gap between homeowners and builders. If you are ready to make a real difference, we want you on board

**What you will be doing**:

- **Receive and review warranty claims submitted by homeowners, ensuring all necessary information is provided.**:

- **Communicate with homeowners, builders and vendors to gather additional information or clarify claim details as needed.**:

- **Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from homeowners in a timely and professional manner.**:

- **Enter claim data into systems and maintain organized records.**:

- **Offer administrative support to the Home Warranty and Property teams (ie. processing deductibles, handling incoming and outgoing mail, uploading documents to claim files, etc.).**:

- **Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.**:

- **Consistently meet critical deadlines and effectively prioritize workload.**:

- **Ensure timely completion of various tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality of work.**:
**What you bring to the team**:

- **High School diploma or equivalent.**:

- **Previous experience in administration and familiarity with insurance policies, terminology, and claims procedures is preferred.**:

- **Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with policyholders and team members.**:

- **A customer-centric approach with the ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.**:

- **Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.**:

- **High level of attention to detail, organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.**:

- **Must be able to work well as a team member in a fast paced, high volume work environment.**:
