**Position Overview**:
The **Service Manager** plays a key role in managing daily operations, maximizing sales opportunities, and creating a positive work environment. We’re seeking a leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, engage with the team, and inspire success. This role requires a strong focus on **sales growth**, operational efficiency, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive **service sales**, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Monitor service department KPIs, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage daily operations, including workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Foster a **culture of accountability, teamwork, and high energy** within the service department.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Service Manager** or in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong **sales acumen** with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Hands-on approach to management, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service software is a plus.

Pay: $95,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
