Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Officer to join our client.
**Contract Period**: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
**Pay Rate**: $23.00 per hour
**Location**: Montréal, QC
**Location Type**:Hybrid; Onsite twice a week Wednesday and Thursday
**Business Hours**: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 8 PM (Must be available to cover different shift hours on a rotation model)
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing calls from both internal and external partners, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, resolve complaints with composure, and collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional caller experience.
- Work towards meeting specific performance targets, including call handling time and caller satisfaction.
- Staying informed on the latest product knowledge and procedures will be essential to succeed in this role.
- Confirming requests, Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Meeting SLAs
**Experience & Qualification Requirements**:
- Bilingual (English and French) - read, write, speak
- Excellent communication skills (written &verbal) in both French and English
- Active listening skills are essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Office) and MS Suite
- Customer service (high volume / retail customer facing)
- Resourceful, finding information, using tools provided effectively, inquisitive, strong problem-solving skills
