As the Host/Hostess, your main responsibilities will include preparing meeting and training rooms prior to scheduled events, arrange refreshments and food options in meeting rooms when applicable, and ensure all meeting rooms and kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy. You will also clean coffee machines and refrigerators, safeguard kitchen areas, and ensure mugs/dishes are cleaned and put away, as well as check that appliances within kitchen areas are working properly, and any repairs that are needed are reported.
**Note**:_This role may require flexibility as events can be scheduled through the day._
