**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Gremac. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering exceptional cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general custodial duties such as sanitization of floors and garbage removal
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties, such as bending, stooping, and reaching
