Residential Cleaner

**Job Overview**

This is an Airbnb that requires cleaner over the summer months; with potential for a twice a month cleaning job from Sept to February, and then back to the cleaning of the Airbnb for the spring and summer 2026.

dates of the check ins from May to August have set dates, and therefore I am seeking someone to come and clean for those set time periods.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks: window tracks clean, windows and mirrors clean, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention.
- Laundry & bedding —divided duties between 2 people.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated schedules.
- Assist with light lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Communicate the house maintenance & supplies with the manager.

- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and facility users effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to perform lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper use of hand tools and power tools related to cleaning tasks.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
