**Overview**

**Budtender - My Buddies**
Are you passionate about customer service and the cannabis industry? My Buddies Cannabis is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Budtender** to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide guidance, answer questions, and help them find the best products while ensuring smooth, accurate transactions. If you’re 19 or older and have a valid **Selling It Right** certification, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selection, explaining features and benefits to enhance their experience.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean environment, ensuring all areas are well-organized.
- Operate computer systems to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 19 years or older.
- Active **Selling It Right** certification is required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and order processing.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling cash and transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Cashiering: 1 year (required)
