**Standard Working Hours**:
Mon - Fri | 7:30 am - 4:30pm|40 hours per week

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist customers with selecting parts and accessories, providing recommendations based on their needs. Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or packing slips, and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and timely delivery to customers or other locations. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely move, load, and unload inventory, maintaining current forklift certification and participating in ongoing training.
- Perform regular inventory counts (including cycle counts) to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves, organizing parts, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding parts, pricing, or availability in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues, ensuring timely resolution of delays or errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Assist with parts procurement, including sourcing and special-order requests, to meet customer needs and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Organize and maintain core bank, and perform core returns in accordance with Paccar and supplier policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves, organizing parts, maintaining an orderly workspace, and processing customer orders accurately.

**What You Need**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Parts or Service in Heavy Duty, Truck & Transport or the Automotive industry.

**_Additional Strengths:_**
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is considered a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly in a retail or parts environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and Time Management Skills.
