**Responsibilities**
- **Hunt for Opportunities**: Prospect, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities with potential clients.
- **Negotiate Like a Pro**: Use your negotiation skills to create win-win solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Close Deals**: Turn opportunities into revenue by closing deals efficiently and professionally.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand our offerings inside and out, so you can confidently sell the value we bring.
- **Own the Process**: Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- **A Natural Closer**: You’re confident, persuasive, and skilled at turning “no” into “yes.”
- **Proven Sales Ability**: Experience in sales is preferred, but if you can sell us on yourself, we’ll listen.
- **Own Transportation**: A reliable vehicle is a must for meeting clients and closing deals in person.
- **Construction Knowledge**:Being able to understand how buildings are built and preferably able to do home inspections
- **Self-Motivated**: You don’t need micromanagement—you thrive on challenges and set your own high standards.
- **Goal-Oriented**: You love hitting targets and exceeding expectations.
- **Adaptable**: Whether it’s cold calls, in-person meetings, or pitching to a room full of prospects, you shine in every situation.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Your words are your weapon, and you know how to use them to influence and persuade.

Pay: $662.00-$10,000.00 per week
