**Hourly Rate**: $19.00 per hour
**Hours**: Up-to 20 hours per week
**Schedule**: Flexible schedule with extended travel and overnight stays

- Lead team toward success by fostering collaboration, resolving issues proactively, and making informed decisions to overcome challenges and meet goals.
- Travel reliably to all assigned store locations, demonstrating strong punctuality and time management skills.
- Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays and fixtures while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
- Following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
- Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
- To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.

- Has proven ability to lead a small team, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and serve as the primary liaison between team members and leadership
- Is flexible with hours, including occasional extended shifts and last-minute scheduling as needed based on project demands
- Has a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle and is able to travel up-to 5 hours
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Has adequate merchandising experience in a gas and convenience, or big box setting.
- Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
