We're Bimmex - Markham

Our team is rapidly expanding, and we're currently looking for a Service Manager to join our service center. The Service Manager is a key personnel in helping to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the service center. We're looking for strong leader to help maintain and expand our business needs.

We offer competitive compensation packages based on flat rates, where you can earn competitive wages, health benefits, and a great work environment This position has possibility for bonus and immediate increase based on experience. We have A/C throughout our shop area.

This is a full-time position working inside our Markham location (no nights).

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the service center, including supervising the service technicians and support staff
- Delegate work to ensure all required tasks are completed
- Ensure repairs and maintenance are delivered on time and to the necessary standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the service departmentand bring up and concerns with management
- Maintain cleanliness of the service center and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with service staff and service advisors to update vehicle status and keep customers informed
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Train and mentor new service department employees
- Collaborate with employees to improve overall efficiency
- Additional duties as required or assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum ten (10) years experience working in a service management role preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver's License in good standing is required
- Diploma or Bachelors in related Management field an asset
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills are needed
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are an important part of the role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Very organized and ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 5H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive Management: 10 years (preferred)
