**IT Change Management Lead - Digital Transformation (Toronto, Hybrid)**

Are you an experienced IT Change Management Lead looking to make an impact in the academic sector? Join a prestigious Toronto-based academic institution as they implement multiple digital change initiatives and centralize their systems. This high-responsibility role requires a strong leader who can manage and motivate a change team, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies across the institution.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of any other language is a bonus. You must be confident working with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and IT teams.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage digital change initiatives across the institution.
- Develop and execute IT change management strategies to support system centralization.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of change professionals.
- Engage with faculty, staff, and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimize change processes.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years’ experience in IT change management, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and inspire a change team.
- Experience leading large-scale IT change projects, preferably in an academic setting.
- The SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change certification is mandatory for this role

**Skills**
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; other language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a collaborative environment.
