**Job Summary**:
Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Electrical & Instrumentation Team leader based at our
Montreal Refinery. The position reports to the Electrical Coordinator, Instrumentation & Control. The
incumbent is responsible for the maintenance of electrical installations and instrumentation as well as
projects for the maintenance department throughout the plant.

**Main Responsibilities**:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Lead and supervise the work of instrumentation technicians
- Manage contracts and staff of external service providers for maintenance
- Participate in the development and implementation of improvement programs with engineering
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of equipment of the electrical distribution network and instrumentation of the refinery
- Preparation and assessment of compliance with the weekly planning schedule
- Responsible for the maintenance workload and supervises the execution of the work in terms of safety, quality and quantity.

**Qualifications and Experiences Required**:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM:

- DEC in Electrical/Instrumentation and control Technologist or related studies
- Five(5) to seven (7) years’ experience in the electrical field
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience managing employees
- Computer Systems knowledge (Suite Office, Suite Wonderware, Maximo)
- Licence C, the owner-builder licence (an asset)
- Bilingualism spoken and written(French &English
- Team Player
