**Bilingual Dispatcher Part Time**

Approx. 20 hours per week

EastGen is proud of our leading team of the best trained, most knowledgeable staff in dairy genetics. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher to work part-time on a rotational schedule, including alternating weekend shifts; hours of work are 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and approximately 20 hours per week. All required training will be provided. This role is offered as a remote work opportunity but some travel to our Kemptville, Ontario location will be required.

You will be responsible for:

- Confirm all required and relevant details for services
- Dispatch information to appropriate district technician(s)
- General administration support for call center

To be successful you will need:

- Excellent phone manner, customer service skills and client focus
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills, including internet, MS Excel and MS Word
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Knowledge of general office administration
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of the AI and dairy industry an asset
