**Position: Litigation Associate**

Warren Sinclair LLP, Central Alberta’s largest full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join its Red Deer office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide counsel and representation in civil litigation matters and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date case files
- Build solid client relationships upholding ethical standards and integrity
- Perform tasks related to practice management

Qualifications:

- Degree from an accredited school
- Admission to the Law Society of Alberta and in good standing
- At least 3-years’ experience practicing in civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of Alberta laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skill
