**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily bar operations, including staff management and scheduling.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Develop creative drink menus and coordinate special events or promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management roles within the food industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and conducting interviews.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a bar setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Previous experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
