**We are expanding our current hardworking and ambitious team by adding career minded individuals who share in the same company values and passion for the industry. The role of Landscape/ Pool Construction Foreperson requires a true leader with experience and a vast skillset who is able to interpret drawings and guide a team through all steps of swimming pool and landscape installations. We are looking for someone professional, accountable and reliable.**

**_What do we need from you?_**
**- A strong desire to be the best**:

- At least 5 years experience in landscaping and pool construction**:

- The ability to manage, lead and teach others**:

- The desire to complete high quality workmanship in the most efficient way possible**:

- Excellent communication skills to upper management, team members and clients**:

- The willingness to create, promote and operate within a safe working environment**:

- The ability to read and interpret drawings**:

- A positive attitude and passion for the work we provide our clients**:

- A G class license at minimum but AR Is preferred.**:

- The capability to operate machines such as skid steers, tracked loaders and excavators**:

- A strong work ethic and ability to lift 50lbs repetitively throughout the day**:

- Ability to independently solve problems and execute solutions**:

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
