North Vancouver, Canada Cleantech Service Group Full time

We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property based in North Vancouver (32 floors). This will be a full-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building's common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Coordinating duties with other cleaners
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Working hours: 8am - 4 pm
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
