The International Centre for Professional Development in Health and Medicine (ICPDHM) is a not-for-profit physician organization with education and research interests. We specialize in the development of accredited continuing medical education/continuing professional development (CME/CPD) and other learning programs for physicians and allied healthcare professionals in Canada and around the globe.

**Position Summary**

This full-time position will be responsible for providing project management support. The Associate Project Manager’s responsibility is to work with internal and external stakeholders in supporting the execution of various programs with the opportunity to grow with the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Support with the development of project timelines, project deliverables, and status updates in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate program implementations including supporting with communications, recruitment for programs, activities associated with scientific planning committees, accreditation submissions, and follow-up to meet deliverable timelines
- Assist with the development of invitations, evaluations, questionnaires, and data reporting
- Assist with meeting minutes, project close-outs and financial reconciliations
- Proven organizational skills
- Strong communication (written and oral in French and English)
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Collaborative / Adaptability - team-oriented and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail oriented and sense of urgency
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for education and continuous learning

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing projects
- Experience in continuing professional development and/or working for a physician organization or medical education company is preferred
- Working knowledge of continuing medical education standards and codes a strong asset (ie National Standard, Innovative Medicines Canada, etc.)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- University degree or college diploma
- Proficient computer skills (ie. Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SurveyMonkey)
- Available to work evening hours on occasion
